Very bad management they just want to increase the bill as much as they can and I don’t have any word about their management its took 4 hour to discharge my patient coz they don’t have money to return me ( they don’t have like 1000 rupees in cash counter and then ) I waited for this for 4 hour the nurses are careless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital in dhanbad no one should visit their as they know only how to make money they don't even care about their patients , medical jury should have take some necessary action against this hospital and i will never ever suggest anyone to visit this hospital for any problem because if there is 500 charges they will make it 5k si its better not visit this hospital.

I appreciate the cooperative behavior of Rahul sir, Ravi sir, Imran sir and especially Arshad sir who helped me with all the procedures from admission to discharge. Me and my patient both were satisfied with their service

Charging a lot of money and making fake receipt even when the doctor is coming to visit the patient after operation.

is very bad and careless.I admitted my mother in this hospital for the second time but this time I did not get any good response from the management staff When I had brought my mother for the first time, there was a management staff, Arsh, their coperate was very first time.
Really missed a lot of Harsh sir please improved management and service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone for my father's hydrocele operation from esic facility.he is diabetic.Anyway they have done hydrocele operation without knowing his medicine for diabetic.Today one month completed and still infection tlc more than 16 k.
I have gone through esic to save my money but after operation I have spent more than 25 k for infection.whole abdomen and leg is paining always.
My feedback is they just want to make money through esic and pmjay.
No care for patients that's why I am not going again.Its better to go in local hospital by spending our money

Worst hospital in Dhanbad. Never visit this hospital. They only want money but Doctors are not available.
I have been waiting since a day but the specialist doctor hasn't arrived yet.
Truthfully WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
Time is precious... Kindly go to any other hospital.
There are hospitals like ASHARFI , PRAGATI , CENTRAL HOSPITAL , PMCH..... But never come to PATLIPUTRA MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL.
I am not lying... Please don't come here and take risk.
