★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen a courier service with this level of degraded service. Other service providers delivers in half the time of which this provider takes. My parcel is in my city hub from past 3 days yet not delivered. Management level zero, customer service zero(all the courier services helpline are avtive but this special one haven't started thier customer care giving excuse of lockdown and corona), online tracking system is a big failure. Shocked to see giants like flipkart hand over our parcel to this provider.
