I booked my fortuner waiting period was 3 months suddenly I received call from manager Mr Anurag congrulating me that please make full payment and your car will be delivered within 6 days but next day I called them I got to her that company had canceled the vehicle load which was get to delivered them , and all the hopes gone in vain... they Are playing with the Feelings of Customers they Don't value the customer, be-aware before booking your car, thankyou...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnificent services are provided by the company. Toyota vehicles provide the safest rides to the customer and are always satisfying. The Showroom's premises are very clean and sanitized and all the covid guidelines are strictly followed, also the staff is vaccinated which makes the whole place safe to visit. The whole Toyota team is very co-operative and helpful in nature. It is an honour of mine to be a part of this organisation! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is highly cooperative. Sales department is excellent. Unmatched customer care and hospitality.
But servicing department is not so great, very poor service quality, everytime they disappoint. Even washing and cleaning of vehicle is not proper. They leave small scratches on vehicle everytime and never resolve all your problems in one visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note, decide to visit here only and only if you have time for service, prior communication is a must, so that it eases lining up of your vehicle. For any small part, example: BUMPER OPENER KNOB, ask the store dept representative before hand, so that you can plan your service accordingly. You can also book pick up and drop from your location. The service centre is crowded all 7 days if the week!! They offered me lunch coupon. You can also have lunch, if there is any delay during the service hours and it'll be free of cost.
