There is one platform in the station. It is not so small and very calm station. The trains run through this station are Bankura-Masagram. This is the next station after Dhagaria onwards Masagram.

It is a midway station that connects Masagram Junction (MSAE) to Bankura Junction (BQA). Two trains are available from both the end regularly. Sunday is an exception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This station is very important for neighbouring villages, but the station and this route is too much undeveloped, no proper toilet, lights, drinking water, shade available most of these stations of this route, SER and adra division the most backward zone and division respectively. Bankura must get train facilities but under adra division there wouldn't be any development.
