★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my friend was sitting in the front gate of kavi nazrul metro and a person came and told not to sit on that place and tell us to go inside a car and when i ask why the person told that he is police without any uniform so i ask to show him the id but insted of showing me he started to push us inside a car and using slangs and took us to the patuli polise station and after that the took 500 rs from us and did not give any chalan and put us into the jail and i asked to make one phone call to inform my home but the took our phone and put us into the jail we were there for 3hr and countionsly requsting for make a phone call but they do not even listern insted of that they using slangs they are police or what... And even they were telling about my professon without knoing that I am going to become a Ias officer and if u do this kind of thing it will be harmful for me.. Insted of listening they were making fun of us and using slangs... My qusten is that are the police have that much right to missbehave or harase any person basically the youth like us... I dont thik so they are doing there duty insted of catching the criminals they are doing the crime... Such a shame for us that liveing in a state whre the police are doing crime insted of criminals

As i entered the station i was going to talk with a police madam sitting over there...
One person setting on a chair i think he too is in police service but i can't confirm as he was not in uniform..acted in a rude manner as saying im disturbing him in his going on conversation...
With due respect sir police station is for public where public can have a few talk n can ask for your help..
BUT NOT FOR HAVING ANY KIND OF PERSONAL CONVERSATION DURING DUTIES hour...
Let me remind you sir i could have replied you on the spot but i didn't ,"inspite i said sorry sir".
Becoz we knw how to respect others ...
Either its any officers,or a normal public, or any younger or older...
Except that particular person all others were very polite n kind hearted.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The official charge you for fine you didn't commit I took a left turn whre there was no sign of no free left. The police fined me a 184mva of rashdriving and took my rc and fined me a lumpsum of 1000 rs. Very bad that they are not acting as gaurding but just fulfilling their target based job.

It's not really a police station.It is a place for business.Fill your pockets before going there if you want your grievances to be taken care off.
Everyone from bottom to the top of the station is corrupt to the core.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad behaviour, like literally uneducated and corrupted Police officers. On day we were cycling and 2 police officers on bike came and started asking one of my friend's address and his parents phone number. They treated us like we've committed a crime (we're just 15-17 years old). They were asking different questions like we're a criminal. We did answer all the questions, but idk why they were repeating the same questions. At last they said to leave and they said that it was your last chance. Me and my friends were like, from what purpose they said it was our last chance. Like seriously, I have met police officers in central Kolkata, they are really kind. But this police officers of patuli police are Just uneducated and corrupted. I hope it improves in future ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was eating chips near patuli sunflower garden and I was arrested for not wearing mask along with 11 others . How am I supposed to eat with the mask on ? They are so corrupted that on a daily they collect money like this . It's more than a public harassment .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a citizen who live in the area that is under Patuli Police Station but I came here to get their service for the first time in 2020. I lost my mobile and came here to file a Missing Diary. I remember the exact date that was February 14. I gave them all details of the mobile including the IMEI numbers. Today its more than a year and I didn't get my mobile back.
So my first experience was bad with them. But the second experience was really great as I need to face them for my passport verification. And the verification process was completed without any hassle. I get my passport in hand within 7 days after verification.
