β β β β β The owner βPaulβ is extremely rude and has no sense of talking to senior citizens. He spoke ridiculously rude to my senior citizen mother. Females and elderly ladies kindly refrain to visit this shop. There are better photographers in the same vicinity.

β β β β β Wrong US Passport picture - The US embassy didn't accept the picture taken by Paul Studio. The size of the picture was okay. There was some issue with the pixels. So, I had to get another picture taken near the embassy from another studio. This ended up delaying my Visa and when I called them to complain and asked for a refund, they were very rude to me on the phone. One person started yelling at me. I had to pay a price for their inefficiency and they had no decency to even acknowledge their mistake. I strongly discourage anyone planning to get their important and official pictures from this studio.
Replying to the comment by the owner- Yes you had agreed to send someone but when I called again the next day to give my address, someone (I don't know if it was you or somebody else) picked up and yelled at me and refused to acknowledge the mistake..let alone give a refund. So, please don't call me a liar. I have already suffered a huge loss because of you.
