★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the service of Paul Merchant through their h.o sector 22 Chandigarh for remitting 10000 Canadian dollars to my son in Canada on December 9 and was asked to deposit the said amount in their Mumbai branch of IDFC. For two days swift was not sent and after lot of persuasion swift was sent on December 11.. To our surprise we got credit of only cad 9948.50 meaning dollars 51.50 was deducted though no bank deducts more than 17.50 dollars. Despite my best efforts mail etc till date I am not told how this much deductions were made despites recovering all the expenses from me . Oh such a poor service and lost to customer.
