★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service , They Don't stop in between journey even stopped for dinner at 1am then they let us get up from plates as bus Started to carry on .... litterly 15 minutes they had gave us to eat ....don't travel with them ,it's my Mumbai to GOA experience with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pathetic Service i was travelling with my wife they gave me timing of 8.15 .They started me calling from 7.53 i then they called at 8.05 i was never told to come 15 minutes before as my wife was ill i told them that i will be little bit late, i reached at stop at 8.20 they had left ill patient i had wasted my 800 rs and over.Conductor speaking was very rude as if he was taking me free .Conductor name is sayyed sameer .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic bus service... Worst driver more worst conductor... They don't even know how to speak with customer.. 6 hrs without a single stop when asked to stop for emergency washroom totally denied stopping the bus.. more over shouting to sit.. it was like they are taking us free to our destination... Bus no - GJ 14 Z 7787...
DONT EVER EVER VISIT ANYWHERE WITH THIS WORST BUS TRAVELLER...
DONT HAVE OPTION FOR 0 STAR ELSE WOULD NOT LIKE TO RATE SUCH THIRD CLASS BUS..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled with this Paulo travels from Goa to Mumbai on 25th April 2022 BUS No GJ 14 Z 7877.To start with Bus was pretty old AC Sleeper Bus converted into Non AC Seater cum sleeper bus..
Bus arrived on time at the pick up location But crew din't allow me to keep my bag in the luggage/boot they said they are not allowed whereas in my booking(online booking via Red bus)they haven't mentioned anything about it.
However there were some labour's travelling with some construction Equipment which was permitted to put it in the luggage after they paid up Rs 1000..So now once you pay up they get permission How irony?
Rest stops were bad Dinner halt was around 11pm they were Yelling at passengers who were asking for Loo halt.Whereas they were wasting time by picking up random passengers..
2nd Driver was watching Videos and scrolling his phone while driving at the Pune Expressway putting his & entire passenger's life at risk..
Pualo should look into this matter Such behaviour is unacceptable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, Rude Driver. They Don't care about passengers. Unprofessional behaviour. They decide at what time passenger shoud do their dinner, even if it is late about 1.30 a. m. they will take you to their tied up restaurant only. Disappointed. I don't want to give one star but no option because it won't be possible to post the review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the worst experience with Paulo travels. No message regarding the bus details were shared even after the departure time. Bus came an hour late at the pick up point. The seats are very uncomfortable. No blankets and pillows provided. Seats were not even cleaned properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been travelling with Paulo since i was a 4-year old child. Have travelled from Goa to Bombay, bangalore, chennai, pune & Vailankanni with family, as child, youngster & now a full grown person. They were great in Goa before & they are great till today :) best drivers, best buses & best services, even at last minute.
