Excellent place but very long ques. Good things to do. Nice view from the cable car. There is a small food court, 12D cinema and a mirror maze.

It's a famous rope way to access the Goddess Kali's ancient temple situated at the peak of the Pavagadh Hill. Rope way offers panoramic views and thrilling cable ride. This is well managed and quite safe Rope way. Rope way can be accessed via parking and to access the Ancient Goddess Kali temple one has to follow the climb through steps.

The temples of Jainism at Pavagadh are noteworthy. They fall into three different groups: The first consists of the Bhavanaderi temples near the Naqqarkhana gate called the Navalakka temples, the second group is in honor of the Tirthankaras Suparshvanatha and Chandraprabhu and the third group, situated on the southeast of Pavagadh Hill (Mataji's cliff), is near the Pārśva temple next to the Dudhia tank. On the basis of their "stylistic and architectural features", the date of construction of these temples is deduced to be the 14th–15th centuries. The temple is made up of pure white stone with elaborately carved seated and standing images of the Jain pantheon are seen on the outer walls of the temples.[2] Kalikamata Temple, a famous Hindu pilgrim centre, is located at Pavagadh. Situated amid dense forest cover on a cliff, the temple is believed to be one of the 51 Shakti Peeths. Maa Mahakalika Udan Khotala (A Passenger Ropeway) is operating since 1986 and takes you quickly and comfortably from Manchi to the hilltop near the Maha Kalika Temple in about 6 minutes, whereas, the steep climb on foot takes over one hour. The temple of Kali is at the height of 550 metres (1,523 feet). A rope-way facility has been made available (commissioned in 1986[3]) to the tourists to reach the temple. About 250 steps have to be climbed from there. The remains of the Raval Palace still exist at Machi. There are rest houses, holiday homes and small hotels at Machi. Then comes Teliya Talav and Dudhia Talav. There are numerous tales, songs and dramas knitting the story of Patai Raval.  Pavagadh in monsoon Dhaba Dungri is also a famous Shiva Temple located on the way from Halol to Pavagadh. It is also known as "Tapobhumi" of Maharshi Vishwamitra. "Virasat Van" is also a beautiful garden located at footstep of Pavagadh. Must Visit places also includes "Vada Talav" & "Kabooter Khana" located at footstep of Pavagadh.

Full ticket price 169 to go and return. Morning are generally pick hours. Time from 6 AM to 7:30 PM. You will also get all packed food/drink items on hills but with added 5 to 10 rs price. After upper ropeway station you still need to climb about 500 steps.

It's fantastic Experience. I will share you the pics Just see the beauty of nature and Creative of Mata Rani.... Just amazing. I have video which very nicely caught. But unable to post there is no option. But I can say During this after Every pickup and drop of ropeway cabinet should be senitize. Which is not done. They only check the temperature and and senitize the hand.

It's the best thing that could have been done to reach the pavagadh devi temple. It's convinient, fast, beautiful & time saving at a nominal charge. The views from the rope way are just mesmerising. If you are travelling with old age people or for that mater adults also, this is the best as it'll save your time & it'll be easy for old pilgrims to travel. Also this is not the end. After you reach the upper station you'll still have to climb around 400 to 450 steps to finally reach the temple.

Great management. Better service staff. After riding on a ropeway, we feel that it's really a safe riding for people. Some citizens, sik and week people get benifits of it. Jay Mahakali Maa ???
