Customer pick up personaly with rong side and life put Dangiours so I hope you don't please this selection bus

Buses's lights and socket are dameged.
There are so many waste like chewing gums,food packets.
The bus leaves the office of Pawan Travels very late too the point of the destination

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad condition of the bus. It was smelly and seats were also torn. The buses are not maintained at all. On my journey from Mumbai to Surat the bus broke down early in the morning at 4 around vapi. Passengers were asked to push it to jump start. It broke down again near Navsari at 7. They asked everyone to wait on the highway for about an hour and were not arranging any help. When we asked for help from them they refused and started abusing. We somehow managed to reach our destination with the help of another random bus which was passing by. Senseless staff and owner. Have no courtesy. I will never travel and will request people to choose other options. Paulo and shreenath and other buses are very good. Never choose this.

Note: They are still using biodiesel..
The state government ordered a ban on unauthorised sale of substances mixed in biodiesel and directed strict action against people involved in such illegal activities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carless driving no any safety Pavan travels need to give training how to drive vehicle to your Carless driver it's not joke it's 50 people lifes in your driver hand and also not pick up phone no any support till 2+ hours if you don't provide setisfy solution please close your travel but don't play with people life
