★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have travel with PAVAN travels on 14/12/17 from Surat to Ahmadabad (bus reg no.7290). I am very disappointment with customer services. We have reach to bapunagar, Ahmadabad at morning 4:00 am and then bus driver ask to change to another bus if i want to go to Satellite. I have lost my one full hour sleep while waiting for another bus to arrive. I paid full ticket 350. Why bus can not take go to its last stop? Very rude people attitude. Patel travels are far better than PAVAN travels. Please do not go with PAVAN.
