★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst apartment and worst maintenance seen ever. Don't decide by looking at outside area but the flats inside are completely dirty and rusted. We have seen 409 flat in this apartment which is not suitable for family. May be bachelor's can opt to stay, but I can assure that this apartment will not satisfy needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst apartment I've ever known and seen, we planned to go for rental for the flat no.409 with owner name P.Lakshmi.
We in a hurry haven't seen the entire house thoroughly because we have came from Hyderabad on that day for searching homes in guntur and had to return back on the next day morning which caused this mess and coming to the flat, we thought it has all the amenities. Only after asking she said the watchmen to paint the house and once it was done we have paid her two months of advance. Whereas on the very next 4 days, we have came to guntur allover from Hyderabad with all our household items with packers and movers.
After coming to the apartment, we found out that job done was incomplete found out that water taps and kitchen work are completely worn out, no net doors, window nets are there which made us very disappointed. spoke to owner to refund the advance by keeping at least 15 days rent but she denied and taken complete month's rent and sent back another month advance.
Paid - 21000/-
Got back - 10500/-
Which was completely loss to us and we requested to not do such thing, but she was completely arrogant.
Coming to apartment, we thought we would be getting complete municipal water in flat but the flat gets completely salt water not even bore water which was not acceptable, we were compromised completely and gone to a different house for huge loss. Don't trust even the watchmen words, even he's an idiot telling lies to the people whomsoever comes for looking rental.
My humble request to everyone who are looking for rental in this apartment to not approach that owner for flat no.409. Maybe that house might be suitable for bachelors not for families. Please note that point and think twice before moving into this apartment.
