★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the blocks still incomplete. Area mentioned is not carpet area. Annual maintenance charges are high. Registration charges are very high. And the complex not yet fully occupied. Quality of interiors not bad but not upto expectations.poor connectivity. It appears material used by builder is not upto mark. Still if u want to invest wait for price to go below 50L.

Club facility available with swimming pool. Dedicated underground parking. Pollution free area . 24 hr water supply and full power backup provided.

The neighborhood is also very nice and the staffs are very good and very well tray. The society is very well maintained. The major drawback of this society is it is not well connected. You must have your own vehicle.
