โ โ โ โ โ I purchased a flat in Indeedevan apartment located in kurthaul , Patna. I found cracks in door areas and water sepage in wall attached with toilet and doors not painted with proper paint.a lot of patch work is required to be done. The wall paint is not up to the mark.a piece of wall near door fell down. I am not comfortable with work of pawansut builder which not new company at all.
