β β β β β Worst service, supplying local laptop battery by charging Rs.3700/- via Amazon. No authentic packing by hp, they just imported 3rd class battery from china and sell it to people. The packing was just in a cardboard box , karma will hit back you guys soon.

I had gone for the change of ssd for my asus laptop but instead they firstly broke the touchpad and then broke the battery and upon asking just told me ki jis cheez ke lie laptop aata hai hum usi ki guarantee lete hai baki kisi cheez ki nai which clearly states how they are mishandling the product. Please do not visit this shop for any repair work.

and it's delivered to my home I open the delivery cover it contains the fugen labelled box when I open the box inside it's a fake battery with another company named lappy power 3rd class product import from China
They covered the battery name with a warranty sticker named fugan
the product sailed by Punjab power in Amazon
and the shop name
pawer laptop point opposite Sharma sweet shop near State Bank of India, Kochar market model gram Ludhiana 141001 Punjab India (also called my cheap Store, adjoining pawer laptop)
In invoice details, it's also mentioned its a fugen battery
The main comedy was they send a card with asking 5-star review
The box does not contain any guarantee or warranty information and it is a total scam

β β β β β My MacBook pro stopped working - which was estimated to be fixed for about 50k INR by Apple store and other repair shops. After getting it checked at Pawar Laptop Repair we got it fixed in 3 days and at a very reasonable price - 3000 INR. Highly recommend this place !

β β β β β Think twice before going to these shops. I gave my perfectly working laptop to replace hard disk and when they returned, laptop was not working without charger!! Battery was having 3 hrs backup and i even showed them in working condition without connecting to charger and now it's completely dead and won't work without power.
I told them that it was working fine when i gave to you and their excuse was 'It can get damaged anytime, it's not our responsibility. We only take responsibility for the part which we are replacing'.
A big lesson learnt. Always go to authorized service center, they may charge few hundreds bucks more but atleast they won't do things like these local repair shops which take your laptop inside and do whatever they want. Service centers atleast won't replace your laptop parts and most importantly THEY GIVE YOU YOUR LAPTOP BACK IN THE CONDITION YOU GAVE TO THEM.
