★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pawrulz is one stop solution for all requirements of your pet. For me it is the best and most convenient place to order dog stuff. Even at such times of pandemic and lockdown, they are doing brilliant job. Must say, they always get the products delivered in less than expected time and this time I completely understand when the delivery took 2 more extra days but that's fine. Transportation is difficult in such times and we customers should support them with cooperation.

I had placed an order for royal canin Labrador puppy food.. it was really difficult for me to find the product and get it delivered in outskirts of Kerala.. however the same was delivered within 4 working day . Fully satisfied with the service.. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d ordered a Ruffwear harness from them 15 days back. Still waiting. No reply to the chat on the site and no reply to calls. So basically very poor customer support if anything goes wrong.The issue is when they use drop-shipping they don’t appear to have any way to provide updates. Ive spoken with them several times and each time was told that they’d share an update. Still waiting on their promises half a month later. The one time I got someone on the phone, the excuse was “holiday season” - in which they should either clearly mention that 2-4 weeks delays are possible due to holidays or suspend orders during holiday season.
Quite disappointed and have had to buy another harness for the purpose I had.

It's unfortunate that they seem to only care about managing their public reputation and not their customers. I'd tried speaking to them for days before this reiview and nothing from them till I posted a review. I did get a call from Himani the next morning saying that it had already been dispatched (so this was BEFORE the Chennai floods ... before that's an excuse).It's been 6 days after that promise. I have received NOTHING.
Basically - 3700 bucks gone and a VERY firm opinion formed about Pawrulz. They are to be avoided at all costs.
