★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should change there name to flaws and flaws. They are a set of inexperienced professionals who do not know the gender of the pet before selling it. We asked for a female cat, but we discovered that it was a male cat after 7 months of treating him like a female cat. Customers please be vigilant while buying any pet. Although I would like to advice that everyone should adopt a pet instead of buying them from such shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is most inexperienced set of individuals owning a pet shop.... We bought a female kitten 6 months back and realized we were given a male.. It's a complete psychological trauma for kitten to change name, approach and response.. The shop owner claim he was not aware of it n was sorry.. This is not done when you are in business of pets... I suggest please cross verify yourself wit a vet rather than trusting them blindly... May be have more options before finalizing

They gave us a male dog saying that it was female and the dog is very difficult to handle. First of all they should have been more transparent in telling us about different breeds and secondly they shouldn't have given us a male dog saying it's female
