★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not eligible of giving one star also. Including managers, front desk Miss Pranauti and technical person everyone is horrible and worst in communication and services. Glen and Alda company need to change their agency. It's better to get it done by local electrician rather than contacting these fools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional and polite staff, they repaired my chimney filter locks in seconds. They have a variety of glen appliances that they sell and service, they also have a home visit facility which they charge about 300 for visit and separate for servicing as per requirement. Over all a one stop shop for glen appliances. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center I have ever come across in my life ..you just have to keep putting repeated complaints to get a service done ..they are the most unprofessional people I have ever come acrossed. Never buy any Glen products from Payal Agencies .My hob is creating problem from day one and after repeated request they still have no solution to it even after one year ..strange !!

Worst experience in servicing. I'd given well functioning Glen chimney only for servicing. Person who came to remove and fix it had no clue how to do it. Lamp of the chimney was broken while servicing. Locks were broken too, and charged us for replacement. We were told that it will take only 2-3 days to service, but it took 10 days and many phone calls.
Never had such horrid experience while servicing any electronic item ever.
