Took my money and never delivered the product. Now the phone is switched off. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Update: 1. I was traveling for the past couple of days and didn't have the time to update the post. My intent was to give props to the Kala Ghoda team for following up and finally resolving my issue 2. On chronology, this post was made before I spoke with your team since the number that you had on here (Google Business) was incorrect and I wanted to get someone on the phone. I finally called the number that was on your Instagram page and was able to get in touch with them. 3. What actually happened: I had requested an alteration to the cape. Your team obliged saying that it would be ready by the following day. They mentioned 12:30PM being the time frame. My mother requested that they deliver the goods to our hotel and also said that we had a flight the following day and we would be departing at 1:30PM. They tried to deliver to the hotel. I was (mistakenly) under the impression that it would be delivered by 12:30, but that's when the alteration was completed and they were only able to deliver after. We left for the airport around 1:45 and they must have tried to deliver after that. They attempted to contact my mother, whose phone was switched off (which I didn't know). They then called my aunt, who didn't tell me that they had tried calling. The following day, I had no idea that they had attempted to call or deliver and couldn't get in touch with you (because of the wrong? number on your Google Business page). Out of frustration I wrote this post so that someone would call me back. I finally realized that your Insta page had another number and called your team. NOTE: I called YOUR team. I told them that I was heading back to the US and needed the goods delivered the next day to Delhi. They said sure and that they would send through the courier ASAP. They then called me back and said that they couldn't be sure that the courier would be able to deliver the next day because it was a Sunday. I offered them two options- deliver to my US address or refund the money. They said they could do neither. Finally, I settled on them just attempting to deliver the goods to Delhi. They then called back (presumably after reading this post) saying that they would refund the cost of the goods. As I mentioned on your Instagram page, I was going to update this to reflect that you all made your best effort to remedy the situation (after 3 conversations with your Kala Ghoda team). However, what irks me is your response here. My "threat" or desire to "malign" you using social media, was simply the only avenue I had to get the goods delivered on time or get my money back. And I believe this comment actually aided the eventual outcome. And like I said, I was going to update this to reflect the fact that I was happy with your customer service eventually. I'm updating the number of stars I've given, but frankly you maligning MY character as opposed to just following up with, "I think we've resolved this, do you mind taking this down?" is a poor approach to customer service and works to your disadvantage.
