The owner Mr Surender Shah, don't care about the hygiene, facility and food quality. Initially he will say we provide wifi, washing machine, TV, which actually don't work. He provide wifi but the speed will be in KB and some times it actually don't work. There is one washing machine which is shared among approx 30 or more girls. Once it gets out of service it will take at least more thn a month to call mechanic. Washing machine gets out of the service very frequently. The worst part is the hygiene, washrooms and kitchen area are very unhygienic.
He will charge electric bill 13 rupees/1unit for your room, fridge, lobby etc which is apart from your pg rent.
Rooms are not spacious. He will keep shifting your rooms as per his convenience. Locality is also very bad. These so called union people..PG wale... Conduct meetings to charge you extra electricity bill but they all together can not take decision to clean their gali... Locality...
If you are complaining about facility he will not reply on whatapp Or he will say "kl krate h" Jo kl aata nhi. If you are calling him for any problem or facility, he don't care and he will say "beta m ghr p nhi hu esko call kr lo usko call kr lo".
Food menu is sometimes okay and most of the time it's not, just like other PGs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the PG is very bad and the approaching road or Gali is always filled with Naali ka water And the food quality is very bad.
The picture shown in the website is absolutely wrong. The rooms are very dirty. Please don't waste your money and health living in this PG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for one month during my internship. The PG has two sharing and three sharing non AC rooms available at really affordable rates. The rooms have coolers installed though. Food is served twice, once in the morning (around 7.30am)and once in the evening (around 7.45pm). There is an option of eating in the room or in the mess area. The menu is varied but generally for morning there is some varient of paratha and sabji/dal. On most days rotis are also served. Items such as cutlet and macaroni are also served. For dinner there is generally rice, roti, dal, salad and some sabji. Food served is veg. Items served are filling. Plates and spoons are provided with the food and don't need to be washed. However if you use personal utensils for cooking and eating then you have to clean them yourself.
Cooking gas and single burner stove is available on each floor for self preparation of items (the price of the gas cylinder is split among those on the floor that use it for cooking). There is also a fridge on each floor. The cleaning lady comes every day. Owners are very helpful and responsive to any issues. They also have a small store attached to one of the PG buildings where one can buy pillows, blankets, etc., for really good prices since these items are not provided.
The cupboard has to be shared so both roommates get one side of the cupboard but they can be locked separately. Things can be stored inside the box bed as well. There is geyser facility in the bathroom.
