Worst management. And i want to return my gold goin of 5 GM's which i got as a gift in 2011. There staff argues with me over 4 hours bcos i dnt have bill. They search in there computer for the bill.they found the bill . But still they dnt buy that coin back. There is no senior person you can talk with.. there gold is also not 22 carat.. they give 21 carat . . My suggestion . Pls dnt go on pc jewellers. Go in gold souk. Even a small jeweller is better then pc jewellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier I've visited various PCJ n find satisfactory product n billing schedule. But this one why so much on billing curiosity queue. Waiting, waiting n waiting.
People are queuing bcoz of brand n choice of their stock. You don't have the customer choice options. Poor show....

25th of July, 2020 I visited Sec 14 Gurugram PCJ and and selected an Engagement ring that was 6.5 Gram White Gold Diamond Ring price Rs. 35 K. They told us that they will handover on 30th August 2020.
Here is the Twist now they have Given Ring of 5.7 Gram instead of 6.7 Gram and the best part is according to them we have to pay the hole amount.
And here is Now very interesting part after taking time of more than 1 Month the Ring size is Amazing, I am wearing it in my thumb.
They are not doing business they are "Fraud".
So Plz guy don't go there atleast Sec 14 Gurugram PCJ, its waste of time and very important waste of Money.

There is no customer value.
The new return policy is pathetic.
You Guys only beleive in selling and return is a nightmare for the customers.
When I asked for the amount to be refunded, they gave me their 3 months saving plan and asked me to invest. It was the worst suggestion someone could give.
Also, there is no variety at the sec 14 gurgaon shop, and I was asked to visit after a month. What non sense is that.

Consider it as a feedback to improvement ur Jewellery box quality which is worst now a days.
Look at ur Gold jewellary box, quality of which has so much degraded that even a remote village jeweller gives better boxes than you have provided to us (Hope to all customer like me) in recent purchases, where I bought Rs 3 lakh Gold Necklace( Red colour box attached in pic)
When a customer buy jewellery of Lakhs Rs....atleast u should provide jewellery Box which is up to mark and look good as you people used to give earlier.
Attaching few pics, so that u understand and implement quality box in future (ur competition jeweller have improved in this regard but u have degraded ur quality)
