Online price, ordering , tracking, team communication, packaging .. very impressive I highly recommend such a good Indian company vs Chinese vendors which are neither supporting well on service nor on quality part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is a detailed review from a customer of more than a decade. I have been happy with them most of the time. However the ethics and professionalism of a company shows itself only when something goes wrong! So here is a recent experience. If you do run into a problem then expect them to find some excuse to look the other way, even if you have been a customer for more than a decade.
My silkscreen was messed up in a recent order and there is no inclination to accept the issue. See photo attached to this review. R22 and R75 on top are clear. What about the rest? Writing to Khushal Panchal the CEO did not help. PCB Power "advised me" that the silkscreen conformed to IPC standards though at many places as shown the silkscreen was clearly not readable. What is unfortunate is that the CEO himself acknowledged this in writing, but refused to offer even a rupee as credit against future orders for the error, claiming that it was OK by IPC standards since it was "not 100% not unreadable" (sic). Quite comical I thought. Any company where the CEO chooses to adopt such an attitude is risky to work with. Finally to my shock PCB Power also claimed (falsely of course) that I had already used the PCBs and so they "could not be returned". What would you do with taking back defective PCBs anyway? Sell them to someone else? This excuse alone demonstrates their propensity to find some lame excuse to not address the issue.
In sharp contrast my experiences with prototypes from Osh Park USA or Aisler Germany are excellent. They refund your entire money if there is the slightest error, They are also cheaper, shipping included!
With PCB Power as long as things are fine they are fine (and most of the time they are fine), but IF you place an order which turns out defective you need to know what to expect from the CEO himself. Buyer beware.
