★ ★ ★ ★ ★ प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के चीन दौरे के बाद चीन ने भारतीय दवाओं के लिए दरवाजे खोलकर भारत को तोहफा दिया है। पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी और राष्ट्रपति शी चिनफिंग की वुहान में हुई अनौपचारिक वार्ता के दो दिनों बाद ही चीन ने 28 तरह की दवाओं के आयात, जिनमें कैंसर की दवाएं भी शामिल हैं, को शुल्क मुक्त कर दिया है। इससे भारतीय दवा कंपनियों को चीन दवा निर्यात करने में फायदा होगा।
भारत में चीन के राजदूत लुओ झावहुई ने ट्वीट कर बतााय, 'चीन ने कैंसर की सभी दवाओं समेत 28 दवाओं के आयात को शुल्क मुक्त कर दिया है। यह फैसला 1 मई से ही लागू हो गया है। भारतीय दवा कंपनियों और दवा निर्यातकों के लिए यह अच्छी खबर है।'
आर्थिक रिश्तों, व्यापार, विज्ञान और तकनीक पर भारत-चीन जॉइंट ग्रुप की बैठक में व्यापार असंतुलन के मुद्दे पर काफी लंबी बातचीत हुई थी। उस समय चीन ने यह वादा किया था कि वह इस खाई को पाटने के लिए कदम उठाएगा।
पिछले वित्त वर्ष में अप्रैल से अक्टूबर महीने तक चीन के साथ भारत का व्यापार घाटा 36.73 36.73 अरब डॉलर रहा था। वित्त वर्ष 2016-17 में यह 51 डॉलर था। चीनी राजदूत ने कहा कि चीन कारोबारी माहौल सुधारने की दिशा में काम करेगा। इसके लिए बिजनस शुरू करने में लगनेवाले समय को आधा कर दिया जाएगा
