FABRIC SPECIALISTS

Pearl Apparels sister concern M/S Hukam Chand Gupta Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. has been supplying all types of processed and greige fabric from the last six decades

Our strength in fabrics gives us an edge and we regularly develop new fabrics which include Organic, local and imported fabrics. As a company we are keen to use sustainable fabrics .Our fabric company has BCI, GOTS & GRS certification. We are also doing all re-cycle polyester fabrics and we also deal with viscose Eco-vera fabrics.

The feather in our cap is the specialization in production of linen & silk blended fabrics with our 72 in-house looms, with the production capacity of 3,50,000 mtr per month

Our fabric development team does regular new developments influenced by market trend intelligence.

All facility areas are provided with fire extinguishers, emergency exits & emergency lights.

Product Design & Print design.

We perform Trend Analysis, Fabric Research, Print Development, Surface Design.

Our design team travels frequently to meet clients as well as to study different markets and get design inspirations.

We often use our WGSN access and design specifically according to our client’s needs.

MANUFACTURING (Cutting)

Attention to detail:

Before starting cutting our production team does full research and development based on nature of fabric and garment silhouettes.

Band knives are used on smaller pieces to achieve a clean cut.

As per the requirement panels are check meticulously before stitching.

MANUFACTURING (Sewing Facilities)

We believe machines allow us to put our creative sense into practice and produce some of the best sewing designs. We have 1,100 machines in total.

Our sewing machines include UBT, edge cutters,Lock stitch, Pneumatic Snap attachment , Pin tuck-stitch, Compressor Flat lock. These are used to achieve quality as well as quantity.

FINISHING

Each garment is meticulously checked.

The QC check is done alongside our stringent framework.

PACKAGING

370,000 pcs per month.

Each garment is passed through a metal detector machine before packing and stored in metal free zone.

Buyer packing manuals are strictly followed and the packages are cross checked before shipping.
