★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor Hospitality services. Worst experience I had my sister's wedding on 23 April 2022. They didn't open dinner till 10.30 due to some reason we reached late on the venue but most of our guests gone without having dinner. Reason he gave that because one fourth payment was pending. If in starting he disclosed that point we will make early payment. Why we compromise with guests. It was very embrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management turned off ACs after 2 PM, Started sweeping and mopping floors with running water in presence of guests, had no arrangements for fans, changing room for bride was merely 35 sq feet.
Decor was good but service was below expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pearl Grand is an amazing and beautiful place for marriage and others parties with gathering upto 400 people. Food was very tasty. Washroom also neat and clean. The staff is very polite and professional. They know their work. This is a 3 floor building and every floor was having a seperate party at a time. Bride and groom name are showing at the screen on entrance. Parking space is also good. Lift and escleator facility is there. Overall it's a best place in this location. Just book it and relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pearl grand galaxy banquet is a well maintained banquet which has three floors and can host 3 events in one go.
Food was I would above average but not extraordinary. Space was a little tight and can be suitable for 200 guests or so. So events like ring ceremony can be hosted but it is a little to tight for a marriage ceremony.
Cons are that there is very limited parking space and most of the vehicle are parked on the road.
