★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location. The building is situated very close the Pune Saswad road. You need to take a left before the Saswad railway over bridge, while travelling from Pune to Saswad. You will find this place in hardly 300 mtrs. It is newly built and everything looks well constructed. Good for taking a flat on rent or buying one because this place will become a prime location in coming time.
