★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without doubt one of my favorite places I stayed during my time in New DELHI ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Family Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the room service very flexible (appreciate this!) and the Owner deserves a special thanks. We had stayed for almost a month here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
The second good thing was morning walk was guided by Raj, who works as a coordinator at the place as well. Raj is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the park. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to relax.
Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wow.. Pearl Premium! remember this name as this is Guest House in Delhi university area! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my Mom for a week and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from express check in!!! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager H.Garg who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby with coffee and tea on arrival and free use of computer with printers -- surely can make you feel like you home. They also offer PG Rooms to students and irrefutably, its the best.
The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean.
Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice restaurant nearby , so we have great night out as well. After we came back - we found out that on floor there are water bottles so you can take them to the room! also guest request potable WiFi ! We tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that actually was sad to leave! Manager who checked us out was very sweet and friendly. Overall I had best stay ever in Delhi!!! and definitely will back there and will recommend this peace of heaven in North Delhi to everyone!!:) THANK YOU Guys!:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience of Delhi... Here's my story that I had to call and book Pearl Premium so call the luxury homes, but if you call unscrupulous owner it will be good.. He doesn't even know how to talk to a lady or I guess a customer.. I checked in he asks me to do the full payment.. I asked him if I can pay while check out ... He asked me to pay right at that point and asked me to leave otherwise if I will not pay immediately.. I said I m. Not Denieing that I m not paying but why is like that.. He wasn't ready to answer and said if u can't pay then leave the place that was very humiliating how can he talk to anyone like this very very very rude and mannerless person I have ever met...as I have been traveling whole my life nationally and internationally but never had this kind of bad experience . It was the worst ever experience with pearl premium luxury home..

Initially I was quite worried to travel because of difficult times going on but Mr Garg was very kind and hospitable. They went out of their way to help us cater for our every need in these testing times due to Covid-19. Rooms were super clean and at every point, they have taken sufficient precautions to handle this pandemic. His staff made us some of their famous 'Home cooked aluu parantha'. Very yummy ! The food and other services were cheerful and affordable. The location was awesome. I really liked chatting to Mr Garg about his experiences and appreciated access to the property in the early hours of the morning on 27th August, when the property was normally locked up. Fantastic hosts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harsh is a wonderful host! Accomodation is just perfect. Place is tucked away quietly despite being on the main road. Clean, compact and comfortable. The location is just perfect if you want to be within 10 minutes of anywhere in Delhi University North campus. Airport is a breezy 45 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All we have to state is that the good nature of the owner and the staffs with the comfortable Family Suite they provided at an ungodly hour for a reasonable price quelled our apprehension of finding a trustworthy accommodation in the National Capital. We had a week to stay - and we preferred the decency of the place over the noise outside. Thanks to Pearl Premium Luxury Homes for their hospitality. We hope to stay here again when we visit the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was travelling with my wife on a business trip to Delhi and Stayed here for 5 nights. Mr Harsh was a great host. He is probably one of the kindest people I’ve met. Communication was great. His response time is quite fast, and his instructions are crystal clear. His place was absolutely beautiful and I loved every moment of my stay. Moreover, place was spotless.
This is definitely somewhere you want to stay. This Guest house was minutes from the shopping center .We were within walking distance of great restaurants and amenities. Many of the great experiences including delicious home cooked food, came from the place itself. Thank you for hosting us. Enjoyed our stay 10/10
