★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome stay... Spacious bunglow.. great hospitality... Prime location.. just a suggestion the bunglow could have more washrooms as there are 6 bedrooms but just 2 washrooms... So for more number of people its a requirement.. overall a great stay.. Owner is great to deal for a good package... Would visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited to cool city bunglow on 21 and 22 August .. the property is really beautiful.. caretaker, Ashok ji, is really helpful and generous.
Though, washroom require some corrections.
Otherwise, it is good to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was great and cosy we loved the peacefulness. Their was ample of space and good vibes all over around. One star less as the blankets were not clean enough and needed some cleaning in fish tank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were group of 15. The property was lavish, spacious and had fun filled experience. It is located in a residential area and very cosy place. The caretaker was very helpful. The owner was always approachable and was very warm. The only problem is there are 2 bathrooms in the huge bunglow having 6 bedrooms. Thank you Mr. Mahesh Sawant for making our stay memorable.

We (group of 6) recently visited this place - and found it worth. Good value for money. 3 huge bedrooms (all very clean and well maintained). I especially loved the Indian seating in one of the huge bedrooms. One has to arrange for ones own food - as using the kitchen for cooking requires pre-permission and no extra charges.
There are care takers easily available at our disposal and are a phone call away. The Owner was very friendly and supportive.
I would suggest people to definitely visit this place once - good value for money."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good property with 6 bedrooms boasting of amenities like barbeque, bathtub and garden.
Abundantly spacious and can easily accommodate up to a group of 20 guests.
Has 1 master bedroom with attached bathroom and 1 common bathroom.
Overall had a peaceful and pleasant stay.
Would definitely recommend others.
The caretaker was extremely well mannered, polite, friendly and always helped us with a smile.
P.S.
The owner is as good as the property, and is a total gentleman with humanity and ethics.
A man of principles, he has made every possible effort to ensure a smooth vacation for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a beautiful and spacious property. The owner and care taker were really friendly and accomodative. Spent my birthday weekend there and loved the villa.
Only few drawbacks : No loud music post 11.00 pm and only 2 bathrooms. We were a group of 5 so we dint face much issues, but if we have to get a much bigger group then these would have been an issue. But the rooms were spacious and well maintained and the property was super clean. The kitchen had all the utensils too for cooking. Overall an amazing had an amazing weekend ?
