★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A residential area with all amenities available all around.. However the builder M/s KAVISHA & the Pebble bay society management is one of the worst. No lifts working, no proper garbage lifing facility no proper car parking too. A worst pace to have a home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society and builder must be renowned however basic amenities like cleaning is not taken care in society properly esp at this time when Corona is there, no fogging. Also the water tank is kept on terrace understand that ahmd climate is hot lot. The water everywhere in flat is hot since morning 1030-night 9pm. One cannot use water anywhere nor in kitchen, washroom which is important .As well the water quality is not good, smelly and tanks are not cleaned oriper. As the society not formed yet no proper care is taken at all. Request management to look in to this urgently as these are basic amenities to be provided. Suggest people to review all aspects of this project before buying or renting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder ever. Guys don't fall in a trap. Initially every thing said would be sugar coated but the moment the payment is done the people from Kavisha and their real estate partner Metro Real estate will not keep their words. We need to run behind them for the documents which belong to us and while the property is handed over there is no proper verification done if the electricity is there or the cosmetic changes of the property is in a condition to be handed over. I would never recommend to deal with this builder.. WORST EVER!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst flats. The rent is extremely high, and compared to that, the services available are zero. No maintenance done. Parking issues, Water drainage problems. Foul smell in rooms. No cleanliness. Avoid if looking for flats on rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest society of Chandkheda with more then 230 flats divided in 5 blocks... amenities like Indoor games, outdoor games, gym, library and mini plex with dedicated children play area. Parking have two options 1. Ground and 2. Basement. Build quality is commendable moreover size of the flats are impressive. Locality is very continent. Many banks n ATM, postoffice , hospitals, petrol pumps, temples and local shops are in walking distance.
