★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closest to perfection! Perfect Location, spacious Layout of the flats and has huge amenities and common area.
Explored about 20 options in Bavdhan and found this one to be most optimum solution in terms of locality with proximity to city, University and IT parks.
The Managers - Aditya, Rahul and Mangesh were very cooperative and resolved all the queries promptly.
All in all, a good place to buy a flat in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only downside is the location. It is surrounded by Bavdhan village. Otherwise the project is very good. Amenities, layouts are construction quality is good. The biggest thing is that this project is one of the most cost effective in Bavdhan area.

Sales team is really supportive and they have helped me a lot during all processes and formalities..construction quality is also very good with electrical fittings are also of quality standards. Really happy for the deal and services that i've got. It is my first home and really glad to have chosen Pebbles Urbania for it! Cheers to team Urbania.. View is also amazing from the top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Management of parking spaces and false promises
Mine is May2018 Agreement and As i was one of the first slot customers , i requested them decent Parking space below my building. They didn't allot as per Agreement date. When they called me to select parking space , all the parking below my building were taken and they asked me to share a parking space with someone else which no one will accept . Second option they gave me is 200 meters far from my building . There were so many parking spaces before that also, They didn't consider my request and now i don't know what would i do in case of medical emergency. Sales persons are there to explain you the rules with sugar coated words , which you will see are not applicable in case of Land Owners . And they also left and Join another builder so no one to communicate
After verifying experience of Pebbles 1 and 2 Satisfied Customers , I invested in Pebbles3 but have got daily regret for a life now.
First Edit : I got a call from builders office asking are you selling your flat ? .Saying no , they heard my complain and haven't acted upon since date ( I doubt they have intent to solve customers problems ) . Incoming calls to that number is blocked . Don't by flat here or any of their schemes . I'm going to post this review on every schemes of Siddhesh, rainbow developers.
