★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are the greatest people I have ever met who work out of box and not just try to help there customers but they don't give up unless the issue is resolved and customer is satisfied.
I would like to share one of my experience when my Ertiga got shutdown due to broken Alternator Belt and i was required to travel around 16 hours far from Rewa to Agra for some very urgent meeting and my car couldn't start.
It was 7 PM already when i informed these people about my car issue and they really took it very seriously and I would like to especially appreciate Pankaj Mishra who keep standing out of showroom with Alternator belt, as i could reach there by 8.30 PM or something even when the showroom was closed as per the office timings.
I would like to appreciate and compliment this young boy(Relationship Manager) I believe who helped a customer even when it was out of office hours.
This didn't ended up here as when i tried to get it fit into my car by local mechanics they raised there hands and it was around 10 pm.
I was not required to contact the team as whole team was in touch with me on phone and always keeping an eye proactively about latest update and when Pankaj and his team got information that local mechanics are not able to fix, his team arranged an authorized mechanic to resolve the issue who solved my problem and I could travel to attend the meeting.
I would always recommend to reach out this showroom as when any showroom has people like Pankaj Mishra all your car issues will be taken care of with great service and a very nice attitude..
I wish best of luck for such a great future leader and obviously would like to congratulate the suzuki showroom that you have such great persons like Pankaj Mishra in your team and a great team which is very proactive and dedicated to work, helps in creation and continuation of reputation of the Brand and the showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small damage on front side bummer of my breeza car they have replaced it but not fitted correctly. I have not expect such type of service from Maruti Suzuki. Very disappointed not satisfied. Front indicator light was not fitted properly and make some noise when vehicle is running. Very poor quality of work, fit and finish. We have not expecting such type of bad work from Maruti Suzuki service station. Maruti Suzuki is one of the best automobile manufacturers in India. ...... ,............................
