★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical BSNL office where ther is no one to solve your issues. People take their own sweet time to come and work. No wonder BSNL is done. Seen customers who are struggling for their ftth speed issues. Private players are charging very less for good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located at Jalahalli Cross, besides the petrol pump. Nowadays it remains empty because people are surrendering BSNL land line phone connections as well as mobile SIM s. I too went there to surrender my land line. The staff there were very helpful.

Be careful while you pay any amount to the staff over there especially amount without acknowledgement. Apart from this BSNL as a provider is serving good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sir : Good afternoon. I am a retired BSNL employee and having the land line. Yesterday I have tried Peenya BSNL land line number ( as I got in Google and there was no response at all. And I am not aware whether Peenya exchange is in existence or not). Later I contacted our Laggere main road exchange office and the official was prompt enough to advice me to go to Jalahalli exchange for replacing the land line instrument and I went today there and promptly they have acceded to my request. Thanks.
