- 11-13 hours daily working and 6 days working....
- have tight and fuss environment
- no Parking
- no OT allowance (officially 9 hours - company pressure the employee to extent the shift upto 4-5 hours daily bases)
- no leaves/ holidays for first year; only 1 day fixed leave for one month with salary...
- no benefits, no cab, no food (not even a canteen ), no medical benefits, no PF etc...

They cheat the employees by not giving salaries on time, firing them within a month or two by making some some really silly reasons. The management is not all concerned about the work culture. The HR will make new rules everyday by the directions of management. So in simple words "DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION "
