★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst than Ram wadi bus stand.. Rainy season makes this place like a shallow lake. No proper management and the enquiry desk rarely answer queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not clean. Potholes. Good frequency of buses for panvel, Alibag, Pune and villages in Pen. Long route buses on Mumbai Goa Highway won't visit here can catch from Ramwadi Depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is regarding today's experience for Pen to Panvel non stop without conductor bus service. The procedure is that passengers shall make queue. After arrival of bus, conductor will give ticket with individual seat no to avoid any clutter. Today(21 Oct 19) around 5pm, the queue was huge and crowd was there and waiting for panvel ST. After arival of bus, instead of passengers (i am one of them) which we're in the queue the other crowd started to board. We were shocked and lady conductor regarding this. She said crowd has already boarded what she can do. After listening her answer, we thought passengers like us followed the rules, waited for 1-2hrs for Bus and getting such result. Today that lady conductor could have set up an example for us by alighting all boarded crowd from bus. This failure is because of mismanagement by bus stand authority and lady conductor stationed at that time for issuing the tickets. Poor management.
