★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Owner literally thrown as out saying I can't show you furniture, come tomorrow as he had to attend one birthday party. First of all, you should have not allowed us to enter your shop if your shop timings are over and you have to leave early instead of giving insulting treatment to customers. Will never recommend anyone based on treatment I received. Wanted to give zero star but don't have that option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very mediocre customer service post purchase. Seems like the age old mentality of just selling the stuff and let the customer deal with the rest is the name of the game for Penache. Purchased 2 sets of bedroom furniture which have just turned a year old and the fittings have started to loosen up. Have been contacting them over a week now but no response. Purchasers beware.
