★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they have promised to give the flat booked by us but they havent given it. they promised by dussera 2018 but not it about to be rath yatra 2019.
and while the payment they use to call everyday to pay the amount and all...but now they are showing colours...
hope they hand over the work soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat is still under constructed and the builder is best known for not answering the calls , looks like 20 years old building , construction of the flat is still not completed and this is year 2022 almost . This might take more 5 years to be completed . The only advantage is the location other than that rest all of the building work looks stagnant. Never seen such a lathergic and unprofessional builder so far
