★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peninsula Heights is a 10-storey commercial complex, located next to Barfiwala flyover, on the C.D.Barfiwala road.
If you are coming from Juhu circle, then take a u-turn from under the Barfiwala flyover. Jeep showroom is the visible landmark to identify this building.
This is different from Peninsula Park building which is located elsewhere in Andheri West.

Ultra sophisticated, conventiently located near SV Road and Juhu Lane intersection, it has two elevators and underground parking.
Security is tight and also professional. A clean toilet for security guards and visitors is a available.
A wonderful attempt to bring south-mumbai status to Andheri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is well maintained commercial complex with offices located in 10th storeyed apartments.There is a Coaching institute of you go down stairs from lobby area.Tgere are two spacious lifts and ample of parking.There are two lifts for Four wheelers and two wheelers to take underground.It is in between Navanit Motors BMW & Mahindra Sports Utility Vehicle showroom.
Indian Overseas Bank is nearby at walkable distance.The nearest bus stop is Shoppers stop Andheri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set right above the JEEP showroom next to the flyover Andheri bridge. A little difficult to locate via MAPS but if you google the jeep showroom you'll find it easily. Decent commercial tower with lift parking available.
