*Lack of staffing always
*People forget to deliver and then give excuses for lack of staff which is totally nonsense.
Please understand if you say yes to deliver the medicines to the customer then deliver it, if it's not possible to deliver then promptly say it's getting delayed.
Seriously pathetic and unprofessional service.
