★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My spouse joined to this company 5 months before. She was only one employee there in Mumbai branch office. She managed to work 3 months, After all she was decided to quit. but company pressurized her to work 2 month notice instead of 24 hours relieving in probation as mentioned in offer letter. she didn't agree and left after serving 3 days notice. Now after 30-40 days later HR and management is saying, settlement is on hold and we will not issue relieving letter also. so we are going take a legal action against Peol Technologies. Who are reading this review please take care of yourself, especially female employees. There is no work culture here or even security to female employees. They can change policies and rules anytime. Worst part is even after resignation they confirmed employment to ask u to serve 2 month notice.?..
