I left my dog of 1.8 years at this place on 25 the March 2018 due to dog's abnormal behavior, unnecessary barking and vicious biting habit and deposited 5,000 rs as one time fee. The owner guided me that we will sterilize your dog and then after 15 days you can take your dog home for 2-3 days and check if he has calmed down and if he has not then return the dog to us and we will not charge you any other fee . We went there after 12-13 days and my dog was even not sterlized even after those many days. Then we were told that sterlization will be done in 3-4 days. We did not receive any call. I went there yesterday to check on my dog and the caretaker there told me that your dog died 20 days back.he also told me that sterlization was done . I wrote my no. Down for them to call me after sterlization on the deposit slip 1. No body called me to take the dog home after sterlization 2. No body called me to tell your dog is critically ill due to distemper 3. No body called me that your dog has died I went there and I was told yesterday that you dog has died 1 what kind of co ordination is between the staff and owner 2. What I was advised and what happened 3. No body even care to inform us inspite of giving them my no. 4. Staff people told me that we don't call if animal dies Then they must have advised by the owner not to call after sterlization. Not to call if animal is dying due to distemper. I had my dog's complete vaccination done . The caretaker there told me it could be a possibility that injection was not up to date or expired He could have died due to improper handling ,maybe other dogs have bit him up or he might have ran away from them All of their statements doesn't make me understand why I was even not contacted even once I deposited my dog with full payment and respect and what they showed was shameful, pathetic and inhuman I don't know whether staff was at fault or what happened but my healthy dog died due to mysterious circumstances and they even did not care to inform

It is very irresponsible organization. I have admitted three street dogs and all have died due to staff. They even did not talk properly. There is not any animal doctor or medicines for dog. I think they are cheating people and government. I want to talk to owner of this NGO. Can any one provide me his number.

You have to prove that the animal in which regards you are calling them is not yours. Even if you are able convince them, then you have to go there to drop the animal. Also they would ask you to donate some amount. I understand that they have certain restrictions and there is a cost involved in running the place. But everyone who wants to save an animal is not always capable of giving donation.

I visited this place and they keep all the infected animals in one place. They have no concern about one animal catching the infection from other animal. The place is not at all clean, full of mosquitoes. Sometimes they don't receive the calls and when they come up with excuses like " we don't have an ambulance right now" , or " it doesn't sound like a serious problem, treat the animal on your own". What kind of animal shelter says that ? I had to take help of a local vet to help a dog when these people rejected him. And once again i called them for another dog they tried to reject but i convinced them to come anyway, and the man said it's nothing he's fine. I had to convince him again to take him. Now it's been 4 days and he doesn't even receive my calls when i ask him the status of fhe dog. He says just visit the hospital i won't tell you anything. TRASH SHELTER AMD TRASH PEOPLE No one wants to help animals

I am writing this review so that it could help people and boost up the moral of those who are taking care of and are working for PFA. I will begin this with talking about Miss Iyer, she is so helpful and responsive that I dropped her messages and she replied instantly. It was not just once, but there were at least 7 - 8 different messages to which she replied with utmost attention. Trust me she is running this NGO and that requires a lot of efforts, hardwork, patience, management skills, multi tasking, love towards animals (the list is endless and hence I will stop here), despite her tight schedule she was so kind to helped me with her guidance. About the staff: I got the opportunity to communicate with many employees of PFA and I found all of them very helpful and kind, just like their gaffer. Not only they were kind to animals, but were also listening to the queries of the people and were giving the end to end answers to the questions (trust me it's a tough job feeding 60-70 dogs, same amount of Cows, Bulls, monkeys, Horses etc. at one go and answering to the questions concurrently). They are knowledgeable and understands the dog behaviour completely. Area: they have a huggggeeeee area and have many animals such as cow, bulls, Oxes, pony, monkeys, dogs etc. and they all live in harmony. Location: Location is easily accessible and you just have to follow google maps and it will take you there without any hassle, it's just half a KM away from elevated road. Request to people: Please be patient when you visit this place, trust me they are doing the job which is very tough and is also noble. P.S. the dog in the picture is up for adoption, please lend your helping hand and find him a nice family to stay with :)

Absolutely love this place. Came here to bid goodbye to my rottweilier. They provide a burial ground for all kind of animals. The burial ground is so peaceful and close to nature that I'm satisfied with my decision. The workers were very kind And supportive. A big thumbs up for their hard work. But dogs here need new families. If you want to bid a goodbye to your pet or bring a new one to your family. I'll recommend PFA .

My experience was very bad. I saw a stray dog met with an accident and broke his limb, somehow managed to take that stray dog to PFA ghaziabad where they were very adamant for us to deposit 3000 rs which I did but next day when I went there to see the stray dog then the simple answer was 'that dog is dead'. The reason the lady named Komal from PFA said that the dog died because of cold weather. Which was very much unacceptable to me. Knowing the condition of that dog was not as bad which could cost him it's life. I actually went to PFA with huge expectations but got disappointed. I don't know where 3000rs came in use which were taken from me.
