β β β β β The hall where they keep dogs is so bad I can't even explain dogs are in so much bad condition there and in pain also but people there don't even care about that. I asked the like 100 times to find that dog and they said " ma'am apke saath phli baar hua h isliye aap itna kre ho".
They don't care about the animals,only about your money

I am a common person searching for a vet to treat my pet (which i adopted a few days before she fall ill). My dog health keeps on deteriorating, i took her to 3 different vets in faridabad only. And nobody treated her well. I even spend much money at different places 1800+ 300+ 200 .. And one doc suggested me to drop her at NGO as acc. to him.. "ΰ€ΰ€Έΰ€ΰ€Ύ ΰ€ΰ₯ΰ€ ΰ€¨ΰ€Ήΰ₯ ΰ€Ήΰ₯ ΰ€Έΰ€ΰ€€ΰ€Ύ"
Initially i was doubtful whether dropping her there would do any good to her. But when i took her there, Dr Mahesh. Very professional, calm, hard working and many more in the list, gave me hope that she can survive and operated her 1st time with a fee of 100 rs only.. Which is optional, if you have money you can give it, if don't, then they treat the pet free . My dog, Marcel, is in less pain now. Treatment process is long so her fate will be decided later on. But on NGO part they are doing their work honestly, people have to take responsibility of the strays, around them instead of transferring their social responsibility on them. They do ready to take what's in their ambit. Mr. Naveen is also receiving calls and ready to help whatever possible.
I respect them after seeing their work. So do share responsibility. And ask them for more guidance. They are not GOD but they are helping and doing their work. I have seen a long queue of people there to treat their dogs. Not only stray but the high rated one's also.
Edit 1: my dog marcel died. She suffered a lot. Hope she find peace now. Amen!!

β β β β β Worst service.. they took a street dog and my sister even paid for treatment via paytm. Within 2 hours, i called them for update and they informed me that my dog collapsed because of high fever. Guys, she didnβt have any fever 1hour before sending her with them. They have a really bad reputation. Any stray that goes there, never make it out. I should not have taken this chance. Sick organisation.

PFA responded quickly within hours on my request to help a young calf who could not move and stand upΒ due to some problem and was lying in one place for 2 days, they took him for suitable treatment in their white Pickup Truck. These guys are Awesome?.

β β β β β We sent our dog to them for treatment. She had some issue with her throat and we thought these people might help. 2 hours after sending her to them they called and informed that our dog is no more.
Babli was not in such a critical condition to die. They killed out pet for god knows what reason! Donβt trust them with your pets or even stray animals.

β β β β β Although it takes some time for their ambulance to pick up the animal, their service is very good. They responded to my calls quickly and took a stray injured puppy to their shelter and hospital. They saved her life and nursed her for 4 days before sending her back. No words are enough to thank them and the work that they do for animals.
