β β β β β Be prepared to spend the whole day to walk around here and there (one counter to another) if you happen to go here. The DISGUSTING thing here is the payments. They ask us to pay for some investigations and did some investigations but did not do some of it. Meanwhile before we get the rest of the investigation get done we got discharged from the hospital. Doctor said that you can get the rest of the test later on but you don;t have to pay for it since you have read paid it. However when we went next time to get the rest of the test done but they we don;t find the record in their system since you have already got dis-charge. Your records has been deleted when you get dis-charge. That shows that you can not get refund of the paid amount for which the investigation has not done. Hope you got the point.

My family and I are truly grateful for the level of care you were able to administer to my husband. β β β β β Hospital is good but the eye checkup department is the worst, when I was there some Mam was sitting there and was shouting at people like crazy ...and the timings for Refraction Room are 10 AM - 3PM but that mam who was showing hell of a footage got up and left at 1PM and when I said that I have to give the report to other department so can she please do my checkup thenshe shouted "Mere hisab se nahi kar skta to kahi aur jaake kara le" ( Go somewhere else for the checkup if you can't abide by my timing and my will). Undoubtedly the most disappointing department of the Hospital. I have uploaded the photos as well of the empty room and the timings written.??

β β β β β Hospital and college is good but has its own issues. There is a big campus with several departements. Students find ample opportunity to learn. Good thing here is, unlike AIIMS you don't need to roam around or wait a lot, as almost everything is there inside hospital and you get instant appointments. Also, most of the staff is cooperative.
But many a times college students see patients instead of doctors which is not ok. At max places you find students only doing checkups, attending patients, etc. Students can accompany doctors to learn things, but practicing on patients is not good. Also, medicines are costly inside campus, so better to purchase from outside.
Overall treatment is also costly but faster as compared to AIIMS Bhopal.
In front you have peoples mall by same peoples group which also looks good but lacks many things as far as a mall is considered. But is good for one time visit.
