Pathethic HR services. They even dont know what skills they are looking for. HR and Technical team both are not in sync about the job responsibilities. Both are singing different tunes. Refrain yourself from going there.

Fraud - Mentally Harassed - No Coordination - Blackmailing - Totally Waste of Money and Time ... I will never advise to anyone for getting recruit by People Strong HRA service. It was really a black Day of my life when I got call from you Manjeet an employee People Strong Company for recruiting In Oyo. I had doubt on them because there was not any cordination between Oyo and People strong team . It was really damn bad experience of my life. Actually what happened I tell u in brief. On 15th September I got call from Manjeet side of you are interested in working Goa location with Oyo company , we will have your interview and documentation. Till 20th September all interview and documentation was done and they sent me offer letter and salary breakup as well. But I sent email to Sanchi regarding in which Hotel or property we have to join. But they said they have many properties to be opened in Goa, in any of them you will be appointed. On 26 September Sanchi called me asked me to reach Goa at any till 29th September. How foolish I was that I followed them, I spent three times more for reaching Goa from Manali. I purchased 2 bus tickets from Manali to Karnal, which's actual cost was 1600/- , I did so coz Sanchi insisted me to reach Goa I booked train on 29th September and reached Goa on 1st October for joining. It was amazed they were also not aware in which property or Hotel I have to report and it goes till three days. After three days I came to know, I have to report in a resort in candolim, but when I reached there, there was a GM , he said they don't have vacancy in there portfolio right now so you wud have to talk to sandeep. But when sandeep met to me he said that Mr. Govind you will have to wait ,till 3 or 4 week coz they don't have any property to appoint you . I was really so much amazed that there was really not any coordination between Oyo and people Strong Company, as two days before Ms. Sanchi were insisted me to reach Goa at any how but now when am in Goa, they are saying you have to wait till 3-4 weeks. After 3-4 days I came to know there are 5 more victims who are also facing this problem. All one were facing the similar problem, when we all used to call sandeep, he used to say call Dhananjay, when we called Dhananjay he said call to Gautham ji he dosnt have any vacancy in his portfolio.he passed us to new person named Aditya, But when we met to Aditya he also said he doesn't have vacancy right now , so call to Sandeep . Next Day when we called to Sandeep , he said wait till two days I will confirm your property and after 2 days he stopped picking our call. So lazy and careless is Manjeet and Sanchi, coz as they were not assigning any Hotel for Job, Our Stay provided by them In hotel was about to end on 7th October . I called to Sanchi Many times but either her number was out of reach or she didn't pick the call. I called to Manjeet for similar thing that our stay provided by you is about to end on 7th October and we cudnt search our room on rent coz you are not assigning any hotel or location for job. Manjeet said don't worry he will talk to sanxhi and she will extend your stay for few days more . But nothing happened till 7th Morning.i went out for searching room on rent on monthly basis, behind me, the hotel owner put out the room all our language with out our permission. In after noon the hotel owner in which we satyed, called me, he has checked out my room and you can take your language. I was in hope that People strong company will provide us accommodation with food, but when I called to Sanchi for similar thing she stopped picking my call. You can understand how wud I be crying from inside, as I was searching room at unknown place with all my language and with my ill and pregnant wife. She had fever badly. I was calling back to back to Sanchi and Manjeet for confirming that are you providing accommodation or not ? But no one was ready listen us, every one just asked us to wait. Till evening 7 pm I waited for there confirmation by putting all my language and wife on road side.

Very bad experience with the management's. No professionalism in HR. They won't reply to your follow up emails. Even if you are rejecting candidates you should have that guts to say it on their face, rather than hiding behind the desk.

Hr sevice company. Product based company Company and product first, family and health second Collegues are supportive and friendly. Too much beseech from top management. Except for worklife, recruit, payroll other projects have better knowledge and career growth.

Very Bad experience with People strong team, they lined a meeting for 15 days and then they cancel on the day of meeting they canceled meeting saying we don't serve to them who has less than 150 employees and i said we are growing company we will grow gradually. Then started asking salaries of my employees. So basically they are here to earn money and not solving our companies problem. It may way easier if they haven't stretch this for 15 days

Got place to work, nice culture. Good technology team Except worklife, recruit and alt payroll other projects has less headache, more career and knowledge growth. In last quarter company is always in loss

As a employee Team support is very good. But upper management should need to do something about company policies which is not good for survival of the employees.
