Please never buy product from Pepperfry.
The products here just look good but are not durable at all. I have bought bed in January and it started having major issue now. I don't think anyone wants to invest huge amount just for 7 months. Also, the repair and maintenance services provided by them is just worse. They take no responsibility for anything. NEVER BUY FROM PEPPERFRY. And this boring studio is even worse. no professionalism at all.

β β β β β Great to see the online outlet store but u can get extra discount in the store compared to online booking purchase and the staff response is appreciable.the collection is too good tempting to purchase all the items .Easy to notice by road for quick shopping It's very near by to P & M mall .happy furniture to you

β β β β β They are the most unprofessional and incompetent people around. They took months and months to deliver my furniture and then when it came it was damaged. Then they promised a refund but the refund is still due after a month. They never get back to you and dont know what customer service is all about. Sad state of affairs.
