★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of space to work out. Easy access and trainer always willing to help out. The instructors are brilliant, helpful and make sure you doing everything right. Gym is clean and very well equipped. Trainers motivate us for better result.
