★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we havs purchased 625 kva generator from M/s reliabe engineers (Supernova) , Mr Satyendra Singh submitted a catalogue and claimed power generation of 4.00-4.10 units per liter , knowing well that he is giving it in crusher application, but in reality it is giving 3.4 units/liter @ 70-75% load while CAT generator is giving above 3.65 units/liter @ 60% load.
we are incurring daily losses due to avove, It has been 10 days since we have complained, but inspite of various appointments he has failed to turn up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 750 KVA generator used by me is proven to be a white elephant. Very expansive spares and you require a lot of them to keep the engine running.
Please review your decision before buying it. Or ask for a spare inclusive package before buying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perkins has, trust me, one of the best engine testing facilities in India. I was surprised to see such quality control in India. Perkins plans to export engines to rest of the world from here. And, this is better facility than the one in Stafford, UK. Trust me I'm not kidding, I've been to both of them, and the one in India is better!
