★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLA at mata sundari road is a joke. They are just fooling people. It seems to me that the lady judge was on BSESs payroll. Instead of listening to my case or reading the application she was quick to tell me that meter tempering is a felony, there will be a FIR against me and I have to make extra efforts to hire a lawyer and go to special court if I don't settle here. Straight forward told me that she doesn't want to listen to what i have to say despite any logic and reasoning. Even when I had nothing do with meter tempering and I was rarely using that apartment, hardly any readings I had to agree to pay INR 50k. I can't go to special court bcoz my unfortunately both my parents had surgery in last couple of months.
So this msg is in public interest. Just pay some money upfront(bribe) to guy when the meter is being taken down. I was a fool to think that there will be some fair process and law would be helpful and choose the honest way to deal with issue. While criminals are controlling this country, law abiding citizens are being treated as criminals.
