★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recenturesoft is a pathetic workplace. It is basically a "Lala " company with no work ethics, no functional HR department, no room for innovation and 'Yes' they can fire you anytime. They can even fire on Half-day instantly so that they don't have to pay half day salary.
Don't even think about joining this place because there is big scam going in the name of PF and TDS.
There is only one way in Recenturesoft and that is to keep nodding yes to the MD and keep flattering them without any sense of self respect.

The company policies keeps changing as per the convenience of the Company. Continuosly hound employees to work on minimum wages.
They have right to fire you anytime. They can deduct your money of any day they wish to.
Feels more like school where so called management will tell you how to sit, where to eat, what to say, keep nodding yes else you will be fired. And you are on probation, god save you. They will definitely fire you whenever your probation is about to get over, because they always have someone as cheaper alternative in your position.
