Sonali Damani really made experience easy, she was available at all the time, very polite & understood my needs to showed me very relevant to me clothes. I came to her 2 weeks before my function and she make sure the delivery happened on time & I had no further stress.

Want to tell my experience I was a little upset on my orders as it was delayed and cancelled without my permission but then I got hold of Roshni who has been a very very big help for me.
Her follow up was tooo good. She made me so comfortable and made sure I am happy.

There was a point when I needed my outfit urgently and the designer was taking time with the desired alteration, but she made it happen with the help of their in house masterji. Really great service. Had to send my outfit back to the designer for alteration, and she co-ordinated that, very well. Outfit was with me on time! Amazing collection not just bridal but for bridesmaids and trousseau and general too.

I was helped immediately and Roshni did a lovely job in assisting me and helping me pick outfits, fix up alterations, and payment. I am in town for a super short period and the staff was kind enough to make sure alterations were done very quickly. It was a superb shopping experience and will definitely be coming back!
