Since I am paralytic patient and could not move out from my apartment independently,on 6th November, 2020 I contacted this firn over phone and told the person in charge about my requirements. Later I shared the PDF documents to be printed to the mobile number of this Firm. Within 15 minutes he messaged me the estimate as Rs 2400 and promised delivery next morning around 11 am. I immediately transferred Rs. 2400 to the bank account of the Firm Within half an hour of his message he revised his estimate to more than Rs 3000.But it was acceptable to me and informed him the same in the whatsup message. He immediately messaged me to share my bank account details to refund the amount. I shared my bank account details immediately. These all happened on the 6th November, 2020 afternoon.
Due to Ill health I had to return to my home town in Tamilnadu. I contacted the person many times over mobile, whatsup messages and SMS s my money Rs. 2400 has not been refunded to me as on today, the 27th of April, 2021.After waiting so long I have to write this review on this unethical practice.
THE REPLY POSTED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WONDER WHY THEY CAN DO WITH MY MONEY, A MERE RS. 2400 BY REFUSING TO REFUND FOR THE WORK NOT DONE, BUT FOR WHICH I PAID THE MONEY IN ADVANCE. EVEN IF IT IS A MEAGRE AMOUNT FOR ANYBODY IT IS A HARD YEARNED MONEY. WHY SHOULD I WAIVE IT TO AN UNETHICAL BUSINESSMAN? I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE. I WILL NOT LEAVE THE MATTER JUST LIKE THAT UNTIL MY MONEY RS. 2400 IS REFUNDED TO ME.
